Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website. Please read them. By using the site you agree to them.

1. Scope

These terms cover this website and the content, tools and assessments available on it. They are an agreement between you and Cavalcante Companies Corp, a Florida corporation doing business as Trivo ("Trivo", "we", "us").

These terms do not govern client projects. Any work we do for a client is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a statement of work or a master services agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

2. What this site is

This website describes our services and shares what we have learned from our work. It includes articles, self-assessments and forms for contacting us.

Nothing here is an offer that binds us to provide a service. Prices, timelines and descriptions on the site are general information. The terms of any project are the ones written in the agreement signed for it.

3. No professional advice

The articles and assessments are general information. They are not legal, financial, regulatory or engineering advice for your particular situation.

Assessment results are estimates built from the answers you select. They do not certify compliance with any law or standard, including HIPAA. Before you make a decision that matters, speak with a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

4. Your responsibilities

When you use this site, you agree to:

  • give accurate information when you contact us
  • refrain from sending us confidential, regulated or health information through the forms
  • avoid any attempt to disrupt the site, get around its security or reach systems you have no authorization to access
  • refrain from scraping the site at a rate that degrades it, and from using automated means to submit forms
  • use the site only for lawful purposes

5. Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, code and trademarks on this site belong to Trivo or to those who licensed them to us, and they are protected by law.

You may read, share links to and quote short passages from our articles, provided you credit Trivo and link to the original. You may not republish substantial parts of the site, use our name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement, or use our content to train a machine learning model without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the site will be free of errors or interruptions, or that the content is complete and current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Trivo and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, that result from your use of this site or your reliance on its content.

Our total liability for any claim related to this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$ 100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

This site may link to websites we do not control. We provide those links for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

9. Changes

We may update the site and these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. If you continue to use the site after a change, you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law and forum

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to these terms or to this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Severability

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that part will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining terms will stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
