CRM and revenue operations

A CRM your sales team works in, not one they update on Friday afternoon

We handle migration, setup, custom development and training for the CRM your revenue depends on. The goal is simple: the system should reflect how you really sell, so using it is easier than avoiding it.

Who this is for

You will recognize at least one of these.

The CRM is live, but the real pipeline lives in spreadsheets

Reps log the minimum, managers do not trust the numbers and forecasts are built by asking around.

You are changing platforms and fear losing history

Years of deals, contacts and notes have to move, and nobody is sure what will survive the trip.

Your sales process does not fit the standard template

The default stages and fields describe someone else's business.

How we work

Four principles we do not negotiate.

  1. 01

We agree on the map before any record moves

Stages, owners, fields and history are written down and approved by the sales team first. Migration starts only after that.

  2. 02

We set up the system around how you sell

We learn your process before we configure anything, so the tool follows the team instead of forcing a new routine on them.

  3. 03

We write custom code only when the platform truly cannot do the job

Standard features are cheaper to maintain. We reach for custom development when your process needs something the product was never designed for.

  4. 04

We treat adoption as a diagnosis, not a slide deck

When people avoid a system, there is a reason. We find it and fix it before we schedule any training.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

We already have a CRM. Why would we need help with it?

Because most CRM problems are setup problems. The system was installed with the vendor's defaults, and those defaults do not match your real pipeline. We correct the configuration first. Training comes after, when the tool finally makes sense to the people using it.

Are you selling a CRM product or an add-on?

Neither. We work with the platform you already use, or help you choose one, and we build on top of its official integrations. We have no product of our own to push.

How long does this usually take?

It varies with the work. Planning a migration or a new setup takes weeks, not months, and nothing is built until that plan is agreed.

CRM installed, but the team keeps working around it?

Show us the usage numbers, or the migration you have been putting off. We will tell you honestly what it takes to fix.
