Skilled people are stuck on repetitive tasks
Reading documents, copying data between systems, sorting requests. Work that needs attention but not expertise.
AI and automation
We build automation and AI into the workflows you already have. The machine takes the repetitive work, your team keeps the judgment calls, and every automated decision leaves a record you can check later.

Reading documents, copying data between systems, sorting requests. Work that needs attention but not expertise.
The demo looked good. Then real data arrived, the results became unpredictable and the project lost support.
You need to know where it truly helps, where it does not, and how to stay in control.
How we work
A single well-defined step, measured before and after. Only when it proves its value do we widen the scope.
Full autonomy is rarely the goal. A model that flags and a person who confirms is faster than either one working alone.
We integrate through real APIs, not by scripting clicks on a screen that will break the next time a vendor redesigns a page.
When someone asks why the system did what it did, there is an answer, with the input, the output and who approved it.

FAQ
No. The model handles the volume and a person handles the decisions. What you gain is time: your specialists stop doing clerical work and spend their day on the cases that need their experience.
Most pilots that fail were built without a review step and without a record of decisions. The first visible mistake destroys trust and the project ends. We design for mistakes from the first day, so an error is caught, corrected and learned from.
That depends on whether your systems offer a real API. Screen automation is quick to demonstrate and fragile to maintain. We will tell you plainly which one your case calls for, even when the answer is the less exciting one.
Your data serves your system and nothing else. We never use it to train shared models. Providers and data location are agreed with you before anything is sent, provider retention is set to the minimum the system needs, and inputs and outputs are logged so any decision can be reviewed later.
Show us the workflow. We will point out where automation pays back first, and where a person should stay in charge.
